PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve nimble feeling in constituting a chain case structure for a motorcycle in which upper and lower cases are fitted to a swing arm so as to cover a chain entirely. SOLUTION: A rear end connection part 70 of upper and lower cases 54 and 55 is offset upward of the arm center line C extending in the longitudinal direction of a swing arm 14a through the axis of an axle 15.
