PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high assembly efficiency and cost reduction for each component by integration of a driving shaft with a driving cam. SOLUTION: The driving shaft 3 is integrally formed with the respective driving cams 4, 4, and both oscillating cams 5, 5 are disposed next to one side of each of the oscillating cams and detachably formed to the driving shaft. The outside diameter of each of journal portions 33 to 35 integrally formed on the driving shaft is set to be smaller than the inside diameter of a fitting hole 11c in a link arm, and each of axial distances L1 to L4 between adjacent journal portions is set so as to be larger than a cross length W of an annular portion 11a of the link arm.
