PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction favorably recovering even fine particle-sized oil mist, in an oil separator collecting and recovering oil mist contained in blowby gas. SOLUTION: This oil separator is so designed that in a blowby gas channel 3 formed in an engine body, an oil pouring net 4 is arranged slant or perpendicular to a ground, oil 11 is led to flow to the oil pouring net 4, and blowby gas BBG introduced into the blowby gas channel 3 is passed through the oil pouring net 4. The oil pouring net 4 is slantly arranged. Further, the oil separator 8 employing a collision method is arranged on the downstream side of the blowby gas channel 3 from the oil pouring net 4.
