PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antitheft electronic door locking device which prevents a door from being opened even if an outsider tries to force connection of an on/off switch circuit. SOLUTION: The antitheft electronic door locking device is formed of a lock main body 100 having a door locking member 102 and a locking member operating element 103; an internal body 200 having a built-in battery 205; an external body 300 having arranged thereon a key pad 301 for opening the door upon input of a password; a control circuit section 201 for controlling operation of the locking member; a driving motor 202 for carrying out forward/backward driving by control of the control circuit section; a reduction gear 203 for reducing the rotational speed of the driving motor; a rotational force transmitting section 204 for engaging with the reduction gear, and being axially connected to the locking member operating element to transmit the rotational force of the reduction gear to the locking member operating element; and a driving motor on/off switch 214. The switch is connected to the control circuit section via a pair of signal lines 215. Herein the signal lines electrically connecting between the control circuit section which is disconnected by the reduction gear when an outsider tries to connect the switch, and the switch, are wired so as to be separated from each other.
