PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain structure of a sash lower frame capable of increasing draining efficiency in a lower frame flat sash. SOLUTION: In this sash lower frame, a frame body 1 in which indoor outer sliding screens 2 and 3 are finished so as to be transferable and the upper surface thereof is formed in an approximately flat shape. The sill 10 comprises an inner guide groove 15a guiding the indoor sliding screen 2 and an outer guide groove 15b guiding the outdoor sliding screen. Hollow parts 87 are formed at the lower parts of inner and outer guide grooves 15a and 15b, and the inner guide groove 15a is divided into an area 71 exposed to the indoor side and an area in which the indoor sliding screen 2 is arranged. First water drain holes 82 and 83 for leading invaded water to the hollow part 87 are formed in the indoor exposed area 71 of the inner guide groove 15a. A first drain hole 80 is formed in the outdoor wall surface of the hollow part 87, second water drain holes 84 and 85 for leading invaded water to the outer guide groove 15b are formed in the indoor sliding screen arranged area 72 of the inner guide groove 15a, and a second drain hole 81 is formed in the outdoor wall surface of the outer guide groove 15b.
