PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid resin composition by which a stereo crystal of a poly-L-lactic acid and a poly-D-lactic acid is selectively crystallized and a polylactic acid having a sufficiently high stereo crystal ratio, its manufacturing process and a polylactic acid molding having a sufficiently high stereo crystal ratio. SOLUTION: The polylactic acid resin composition contains a layered clay mineral, a polylactic acid-layered clay mineral complex consisting of either of a poly-L-lactic acid or a poly-D-lactic acid bound to the layered clay mineral and either of the poly-L-lactic acid or the poly-D-lactic acid not bound to the layered clay mineral.
