PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container holder in which dripped condensation water does not adhere to a container even if vapor becomes condensation water within a sterilization tank and drips there. SOLUTION: This container holder comprises a supporting member for supporting a container storing food, and this container holder is stored in a sterilization tank for heating with vapor the container on the supporting member and drying it in vacuum. There is provided a cover for covering under a non-contacted state at least a part of the container arranged on the supporting member to face up. The cover has a surface facing the container which is formed to face down as it approaches an interface defining the surface to make a guiding surface for use in guiding the adhering condensation water toward the interface.
