PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double sided griddle having a cooking table having a hot plate and a cooking plate having a hot plate covering the cooking table from above, which prevents the cooking cover from projecting out from the cooking table, saves space and can be safely used, reduces a burden on a worker and does not undergo an energy loss. SOLUTION: The griddle has the cooking table 2 in which a first hot plate 21 and a second hot plate 22 are arranged, the cooking cover 3 in which a third hot plate 31 is arranged and supported on the cooking table 2 by a horizontal link 4, and reciprocably provided between a first cooking position A and a second cooking position B, a driving mechanism 5 reciprocating the cooking cover 3, and an operating switch 6 to operate the movement of the driving mechanism 5.
