PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge an organ to be treated to which surgical treatment such as crushing or emulsification or the like has been applied to the outside of the body without retaining the treated organ or sucked objects such as blood inside a flow path in the case of sucking the treated organ from the inside of the body. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic surgical device performs the surgical treatment to the organ to be treated inside the body by using a horn 11 for amplifying ultrasonic vibrations outputted from an ultrasonic vibration element 12 and a probe 4 for transmitting the amplified ultrasonic vibrations to the organ to be treated inside the body and sucks the treated organ to which the surgical treatment has been applied to the outside of the body through a first flow path passing through the probe 4 and horn 11 and a second flow path communicating the first flow path and the outside of the body. A pipeline member 6 for forming the second flow path is provided, the horn 11 and the pipeline member 6 are connected near the node part of the ultrasonic vibrations generated by the ultrasonic vibration element 12, and the first flow path and the second flow path are communicated.
