PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable sanitary article which pays attention to a reduction in staining of a skin with an excrement by a smooth movement of an excrement into an absorbent which is removably attached to a disposable underwear to prevent feces or the like from adhering directly to a body of a wearer, and enables the absorbent to absorb urine to be exchanged. SOLUTION: The disposable sanitary article comprises the disposable underwear which is equipped with an urination aperture and/or an evacuation aperture at an under crotch region and an elastic body which is disposed to surround the aperture and to project to the body side and has an opening hole to communicate with the above urination aperture and/or the above evacuation aperture, and the absorbent which is removably attached at the above under crotch region of the opposite side of the body of the above underwear, wherein the excrement is smoothly moved to the absorbent without staining the underwear.
