PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for mushroom bed culture of Cortinellus shiitake, by which a culture most suitable for water absorption effect, budding and growth of mushroom in a mushroom bed of Cortinellus shiitake is controlled and high-quality Cortinellus shiitake is stably cultured throughout the year. SOLUTION: Air comprising open air is humidified into high-humidity air, which is introduced into a chamber of mushroom bed culture of Cortinellus shiitake, and humidity at mushroom bed shelves of Cortinellus shiitake in the culture chamber is regulated in a prescribed range to carry out mushroom bed culture of Cortinellus shiitake.
