PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag and a method for packaging vegetables in which vegetables can be maintained for a long time in a fresh condition, and damages on vegetables can be prevented by a structure strong against shocks from the outside. SOLUTION: The packaging bag has a bag body formed of a packaging film, stores vegetables in the bag body, and seals the vegetables with air. The bag body has an inverted trigonal pyramid shape, water is collected in a bottom portion thereof, stems of the vegetables are arranged in the bottom portion, and water is supplied to the vegetables.
