The invention relates to a half-finished food product consisting of a plurality of cut elements which are obtained from the bulbs of the cassava plant, and are deep-frozen and packed in a container. Said food can be easily prepared by the end consumer, by frying or preparing in the oven or in a microwave, thus obtaining, in a simple manner, a food product which is high-quality in terms of taste and nutritional physiology. |
