<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation panel structure, and an air conditioner capable of improving appearance in regard to the radiation panel structure, and the air conditioner. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation panel structure has a pressure generating space generating a pressure larger than the atmospheric pressure by temperature-adjusted air, it carries out temperature adjustment of a room by blowing out of air and radiation, and it is provided with a bag part 41a, and an internal frame 41a. The bag part 40a is formed like a bag by a flexible material allowing permeation of air, and the pressure generating space is composed in an interior.
