<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-radiating structure for solar battery cell that can obtain a high heat-radiating properties, while securing insulation property. <P>SOLUTION: In the heat-radiating structure of a solar battery cell 14, the heat of the cell 14 is radiated by transmitting the heat of the cell 14 from a resin sheet 22 to a heat-radiating base 12. In the resin sheet 22, a copper plate 24 is provided having a larger area than a backing plate 20 has. Since the copper plate 24 is proper in thermal conductivity than the resin sheet 22 and has an area larger than the backing plate 20 has, the heat of the solar battery cell 14 transmitted to the portion of the copper plate 24 facing the backing plate 20 and its circumference through the resin sheet 22 is spread over a wide extent more quickly than the transmission in the sheet 22 and is transmitted to the heat-radiating base 12 from the wide extent. Consequently, the heat is also quickly transmitted to the base 12 from the copper plate 24, and the heat-radiating structure can obtain the high heat-radiating properties, and can secure insulation properties, since there is no need to reduce the thickness of the resin sheet 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
