<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club head for adjusting a degree of freedom in the adjustment of a center of gravity and a ball hit sound, and to provide the structure of its composite board. <P>SOLUTION: The golf club head includes: a head main body; and at least one composite board. The head main body is manufactured with a metallic material, having a face board and at least one cavity. The cavity is formed by the crown board, sole board and side board, etc., of the head main body. The composite board is made of at least one metallic base material and at least one nonmetallic base material by the common pre-pressure. The composite board is connected to correspond to the cavity of the head main body, and then, the outer shell of the finished product of the head is formed. Thus, the center of gravity in the finished product of the head is adjusted and a degree of freedom in the adjustment of the ball hit sound is adjusted. The resonance ability of light metal and the characteristic of a low density in nonmetal are commonly provided by the composite board. Besides, an additional value is raised since the finished product of the head is beautifully decorated with the use of various colors and patterns obtained by knitting different metallic and nonmetallic fibers by mixture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
