<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation control system capable of changing a circulation route, delivery place, and delivery time via the Internet even after an order for a commodity is already placed. <P>SOLUTION: This circulation control system controlling the circulation of commodities in a commodity trading system for trading the commodities between a purchaser, a plurality of distributors, and a manufacturer via the Internet comprises a circulation control server 10 for controlling the circulation of the commodities connected to a purchaser terminal 20, a plurality of distributor terminals 30 and 31, and a manufacturer terminal 40 via the Internet. The circulation control server 10 stores circulation route information and delivery information between the commodity purchaser, the plurality of distributors, and the manufacturer.
