AUTHENTICATION METHOD IN TRANSMISSION ESTABLISHMENT OR TRANSACTION ESTABLISHMENT BETWEEN NETWORK TERMINAL AND ELEMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective technology which can be easily executed without needing special equipment, copes with emerging communication protocol attack and refuses abnormal connection or billing of transaction.

SOLUTION: A state of normal connection or normal transaction is grasped, and statistical data in a normal state is built by a statistical processing. In a response receiving process 115, response time of a cellular phone 101 to a fourth message 121 is measured. The response time is compared with the statistical data. If the response time exists outside provision time duration, communication is refused as abnormal connection or billing of transaction.
