PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel unit for simultaneously improving water cut-off performance and workability. SOLUTION: This panel unit 10 is characterized in that panel units 10a and 10b have respectively fixing materials 18a and 19b, receiver 20a and 20b and panels 12a and 12b; have a water cut-off cap 22 between the panel units 10a and 10b; the fixing material 18a is arranged in a foundation 16, and includes a joint part 24a and a projection part 26a arranged along the edge of the joint part 24a; the receiver 20a is arranged on the fixing material 18a, and supports the panel 12a; the water cut-off cap 22 is arranged so as to cover clearance 28 between the projection part 26a of the fixing material 18a, the projection part 26b of the fixing material 18b and the fixing materials 18a and 18b; and includes a sandwiching part 30 for respectively firmly sandwiching a side wall of the projection part 26a of the fixing material 18a and a side wall of the projection part 26b of the fixing material 18b.
