PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable speed tire which is slidably supported by a supporting member provided on a frame and provided with a speed-changing means inside the tire, and prevents ingress of foreign matters inside the tire. SOLUTION: In the variable speed tire 17, the tire 17 is mounted on a supporting member 62 provided on a frame 15, an inner circumference of the tire 17 is slidably supported by an outer circumference of the supporting member 62, and the speed change means 60 which has a rotated body 16B rotated in an interlocking manner with the rotation of the tire 17, changes the speed of the rotation of the tire 17 and transmits the rotation to the rotated body 16B is provided inside the tire 17. A seal member 70 seals a slidably supporting area between the outer circumference of the supporting member 62 and the inner circumference of the tire 17 from an external space of the tire 17.
