PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly notify a driver of drop in pneumatic pressure. SOLUTION: A pneumatic pressure sensor unit 2 is mounted to each wheel of a vehicle. Four vibrators 3 corresponding to each wheel W are arranged on a seat surface of a driver seat. An on-vehicle ECU 1 comprises a transmitting/receiving section 11, a tire pneumatic pressure drop detecting section 12, and a vibrator control section 13. Each pneumatic pressure sensor unit 2 detects the tire pneumatic pressure with a certain time interval, and transmits it to the on-vehicle ECU 1. The on-vehicle ECU 1 detects drop of the tire pneumatic pressure based on the received tire pneumatic pressure, and, when the drop occurs, starts the vibrator 3 corresponding to the irregular wheel W.
