PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a farm product skin-peeling apparatus with which only unnecessary or unedible skin covering a farm product can surely and smoothly be separated without damaging outer surface and a soft part of the farm product. SOLUTION: In the farm product skin-peeling apparatus 1, when a skin-peeling unit 28 of a peeling apparatus 25 is moved to sections (e), (f) and (g) along the outer surface of stem part Ab of a Welsh onion A, discharge amount and discharge pressure of air G blown to the outer surface of the stem part Ab of Welsh onion A are increased or decreased in the every sections (e), (f) and (g) according to discharge numbers and discharge positions of discharge nozzles 37a to 37d of air discharge parts 37 by nearly simultaneously and fully carrying out opening operation of a pair of right and left magnetic valves 45a to 45d or carrying out opening operation of these valves 45a to 45d in previous set order and changing over the discharge numbers and discharge positions of these discharge nozzles 37a to 37d in the every sections (e), (f) and (g) to peel the unnecessary skin Ae.
