PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load distribution system constituted of a plurality of service server devices and load distributing devices for preventing the deterioration of service performance due to a request overload to a service server device. SOLUTION: The load distribution system is constituted of a load distributing device 4 and a management server device 5 which executes statistical processing, and the load distributing device outputs an access log corresponding to access to a service server, and the management server device carries out the statistical processing of the access log. The management server device prepares the operation plan of the service server device from the result of the statistical processing, and notifies it to a load distributing device.
