PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly operable evaluation supporting device for calculating a proper evaluation result on which secular elements are reflected even when those elements are included in an evaluation analysis.

SOLUTION: This evaluation supporting device is provided with a measuring means 150 which measures an elapsed time from the start of an interview, and when any input to an evaluation item is executed by using a mouse 101, an evaluation processing part 110 records the input data and the elapsed time from the start of the interview. Also, a graph plotting part 120 displays the secular change of the total value of evaluation data on a picture in real time.
