PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical drug, food and beverage which prevent menopausal disorder or ameliorate its symptoms and have no risk of inducing side effects at long-term dosing.

SOLUTION: γ-Aminobutyric acid, or γ-aminobutyric acid, soy bean isoflavone and royal jelly are added and blended in amounts sufficient for preventing or ameliorating the menopausal disorder.
