RADIO COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT AND MCS DETERMINATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance throughput even when variance of line quality estimation values is large since estimation precision of line quality is low.

SOLUTION: An MCS (SIR) acquisition part 201 acquires an MCS level (MCS (SIR)) according to an SIR value from an MCS table 202, a size comparison part 204 performs size comparison between the acquired MCS level and an MCS level (MCS (p)) used at the time of the previous control which is stored in an MCS (p) storage part 203 and an MCS determination part 205 determines an MCS level to show predetermined level difference to the MCS (p) based on a comparison result. The MCS determination part 205 acquires a modulation system and coding rate corresponding to the determined MCS level from the MCS table 202 and controls a rate matching part 103 and a modulation part 105.
