<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate collective management by bringing flexibility to the management of a facility group. <P>SOLUTION: Facility/component groups 4, 5 which are operated, managed, and maintained by two or more computer systems 1, 2, 3 are managed by facility tag names. To the facility group, a name is assigned by a domain name server 6B. The facility tag name has a resource record structure combining an identification code of the facility using a binary code and a readable character string ORL generated by dividing a hierarchical structure possessed by the facility group sequentially from its lower order by dots. A table 6A is provided which has associated the identification code with the character string, and upon calling of a facility group, another name is extracted, by the table, from its character string or identification code. By the tag name, two or more names can be added to the same binary identification code.
