The wiring structure for reliably feeding power to the electrodes provided to multiple reaction regions arrayed on a substrate irrespective of the electrode arrangement structure is devised. A bioassay substrate of disk shape has a structure where multiple reaction regions (2) serving as a field of interaction between substances are arrayed and electrodes (E) are provided to the reaction regions (2). Feeder wirings (401, 402) for connecting an electrifying section (for example, section (36)) provided at the center of the substrate (1) to electrodes (E1, E2) of the reaction regions (2) are exhaustively laid on the substrate.
