PROPELLER FAN AND AIR-CONDITIONER OUTDOOR UNIT USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propeller fan for reducing a load on a fan driving motor while reducing blowing noises to be generated with interference existing between adjacent blades.

SOLUTION: The propeller fan comprises two blades provided on a hub to be mounted on a rotating shaft. The blades each have an approximately arcuate, V-shaped or polygonal rear edge recessed portion recessed in the opposite direction to an air flow and provided on the rear edge where air flows out during the rotation of the fan. One blade is arranged in the condition of counterturn to the other blade in a range of 180°± 5° around the rotating shaft of the fan.
