<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed powder with high miscibility consisting of a lanthanum manganite represented by (La<SB>1-x</SB>M<SB>x</SB>)<SB>1-y</SB>MnO<SB>3</SB>(wherein M is at least one kind of Sr, Ca, and Ba) and zirconia represented by (ZrO<SB>2</SB>)<SB>1-m</SB>A<SB>m</SB>(wherein A is at least one kind of Sc<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>and Y<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>). <P>SOLUTION: The mixed powder is prepared by a method consisting of the following: a step of preparing a raw material solution by mixing an La ion, at least one kind of ion selected from Sr, Ca, and Ba, an Mn ion, a Zr ion, and at least one kind of ion of Sc and Y, in a specified ratio; a step of forming a precipitate by mixing a coprecipitation solution into the raw material solution; a step of forming a dried powder by agitating the precipitate and the raw material solution and simultaneously drying the precipitate and the solution; a step of forming a thermally decomposed powder by thermally decomposing the dried powder; a step of grinding the thermally decomposed powder; and a step of thermally treating the ground powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
