<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing surrogate service method and a dispensing surrogate service system for filling up dispensing capability which is insufficient in each pharmacy. <P>SOLUTION: This service method for enabling a agent to surrogate the dispensing task of a pharmacy instead through an electric communication line 1 comprises a step to make a server 3 of the dispensing surrogate agent input order data including the name of a patient, the delivery destination of medicine, a prescription identification code, a prescribed medicine list and a prescription quantity from the terminal equipment 2 of the pharmacy which has received prescriptions from a dispensing demander through the electric communication line 1, a step to make the server 3 output dispensing instruction information and delivery instruction information according to the order data inputted from the terminal equipment 2 and a step to make the server 3 transmit the sum of work compensation related with the dispensing following the dispensing instruction information to the terminal equipment 2 of the pharmacy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
