摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection apparatus, capable of measuring with high precision even a minute current produced corresponding to matter to be detected by electrochemical reaction. <P>SOLUTION: For example, in a state with a solution or substance containing the matter to be detected which is to be a detection object is placed on a reactive electrode part 10, the input voltage (OAIN 1) applied to a terminal 2 is changed. As a result of this constitution, electrochemical reaction is caused in the reactive electrode part 10 and the current (charge) generated corresponding to the matter to be detected flows to an acting electrode 13. This current (charge) is copied to a mirror side, in a current mirror circuit 40 to be held by the capacitor C1 of a charge voltage conversion part 50. The charge, held by the capacitor C1, is subjected to charge/voltage conversion by NMOS transitors TR2 and TR3, so as to be an output voltage (OUT 1) and is outputted from a terminal 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
