PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiplexed memory and a pressure sensor where an area and power consumption are held down to small and noiseproof property is high. SOLUTION: Memory cells 100 to 113, etc. are arranged in a matrix form, and the same data is written in a plurality of assigned memory cells. In order to write the same data consisting of complementary data of straight polarity and negative polarity into the plurality of memory cells by one write driver 10, data transmission lines D and DN from the write driver 10 are branched into D0 to D1N and connected to the plurality of memory cells, and the branched lines of the data transmission lines are connected to the input side of a sense amplifier 9 through read/write switching circuits 7 and 8 and a wired OR by using data transmission lines for reading the same data from the plurality of memory cells in common.
