PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food information management system for enabling each user to always takes in the proper amounts of food. SOLUTION: When a user inputs personal information such as his or her own health conditions from an input means 110 of a terminal 100, the personal information of each user is stored in a personal information storing means 232, and intake for every required nutrient per meal is calculated by an intake calculating means 236 as necessary. Then, when one or more specific food is selected from among food information preliminarily stored in a food information storing means at the time of meal, the optimal intake of every selected food is calculated so that every total value of the amounts of nutrients can be made almost matched with the required intake of each nutrient per meal, and the weight value is outputted and presented to the user or a food manufacturing agent or the like.
