PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety equipment with a simple structure without overturning even when exposed to a cross wind, by not only predicting a danger at a work site and securing safety of workability but also improving installation workability and reducing a storage space. SOLUTION: This invention is composed of a board body 11 formed in a substantially trapezoidal plate shape, and a base part 16 for fixing a lower end part 12 of the board body 11, and has the safety equipment 10 boring a central hole 17 in the base part 16, fitted to and inserted into the central hole 17 of the base part 16 from above the board body 11 and fixing the lower end part 12, and an object having a fixing part to an upper surface of the base part and fixing a lower end part of the board body to this fixing part by a fastening means, and is characterized by boring a hole 13 in an upper part of the board body 11.
