发明名称 PRODUCING METHOD OF METALLIC NANOPARTICLE COMPOSITE MEMBRANE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of a metallic nanoparticle composite membrane in which a particle diameter and a volume filling rate of metallic nanoparticles in the metallic nanoparticle composite membrane are indenpendently controllable. SOLUTION: The producing method of the metallic nanoparticle composite membrane in which the metallic nanoparticles are dispersed in a polyimide resin membrane comprises (a) introducing a carboxyl group by treating the polyimide resin membrane with an alkaline water solution, then (b) doping metallic ions into the resin membrane by contacting the membrane with a metallic ion-containing solution, and after that (c) heat reduction treating the membrane in a reducing gas. The volume filling rate of the metallic nanoparticles in the composite membrane is controlled by regulating a thickness of a nanoparticle dispersing layer formed in the polyimide resin membrane by (c) the heat reduction treating in the reducing gas.
