PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable rice-pudding machine having a good mounting balance in a folded state of non-working time by making foldable interlocking devices as a small size to make a lightweight and compact machine constitution. SOLUTION: This foldable rice-pudding machine is provided by pivoting the foldable interlocking devices on a fulcrum pins installed each at left and right parts of a machine frame as freely rotatable, constituting the device with left and right rotary arms opening an engaging holes for engaging with engaging pins installed as projecting from left and right soil-crushing working bodies, a joining lots for joining the left and right rotary arms, one electrically actuated hydraulic cylinder installing its one end to the machine body and another end with one of the rotary arms and locking devices for each of the extended state and folded state, rotating the left and right rotary arms simultaneously in left and right symmetric directions by the elongation and contraction movements of the electrically actuated hydraulic cylinder, sliding the engaging pins installed as projecting from the left and right soil-crushing working bodies in the engaging holes together with the rotation of the engaged left and right rotary arms, rotating the left and right soil-crushing working bodies in the extended state of working time and folded state of non-working time and working each of the locks as interlocked.
