PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a water tank of a sewage treatment facility, sulfate ions in sewage is changed to hydrogen sulfide by anaerobic sulfur reducing bacteria, released into the atmosphere, dissolved again into condensed water on the surface of concrete to be changed to sulfuric acid by aerobic sulfur oxidizing bacteria, and the resulting sulfuric acid dissolves and deteriorates cement hydrate, thereby deteriorating concrete. SOLUTION: This device comprises tap water piping, control valves, piping into the tank, and sprinklers. The control valves are set in the tap water piping installed outside the tank, and sprinklers are set in the tap water piping and at the terminals of the pipes installed inside the tank.
