PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera where an external grid is arranged on the outer frame part of a finder so as to determine composition and confirm the position in horizontal and vertical directions. SOLUTION: The same grids are arranged in the same positions on the outer frame of the finder 1 in horizontal and vertical directions so that the camera user can easily determine the composition of an object and confirm the position of a horizontal line in photographing.Consequently, the said constitution eliminates such failures that the user determines the composition with difficulty, because the visual field (screen) of the finder is small, and also, that the user confirms the horizontal position (for example, the sea) on the screen and the vertical position (for example, a pole) on the screen with difficulty, and then, in photographing, the camera user can quickly, easily and comfortably determine the composition of the object and confirm the positions of the horizontal line and the vertical line.
