PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for a photoreceptor drum made of a resin, which has excellent adhesion to a coating liquid for forming a photoreceptive layer, and also to provide a method for manufacturing the same, and a photoreceptor drum with the substrate for a photoreceptor drum. SOLUTION: The substrate for the photoreceptor drum has a surface subjected to corona treatment or plasma treatment and is manufactured by molding a substrate using the resin and subjecting the surface of the molding to corona treatment or plasma treatment.
