PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane foam shrinkage preventing structure which prevents shrinkage of urethane foam at the time of foaming and hardening, when a lightweight mound structure is constructed by combining the ground or a wall body with a mound body in one body, by using the urethane foam. SOLUTION: The lightweight mound structure is constructed by erecting the wall body which is formed by connecting a plurality of wall face plates together, on the ground, and ejecting the liquid urethane foam into a gap between a rear surface of the wall body and a slope of the ground, followed by foaming and hardening the urethane foam. In construction of the lightweight mound structure, when the urethane foam is ejected and then foamed and hardened, a shrinkage preventive material is mixed in the urethane foam in order to prevent shrinkage of the urethane foam at the time of foaming and hardening.
