摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive dimmer having a high flexibility of a dimming rate. SOLUTION: The dimmer 62 comprises an optical system 65 in which a laser light L emitted from a laser-generation device 61 is transmitted through an aperture 67 so as to be incident thereon; a moving device 70 provided between the laser-generation device 61 and the optical system 65 and relatively moving the laser light L emitted from the laser generation device 61 in a direction substantially perpendicular to the optical axis, with respect to the aperture 67; and an operational device for changing the amount of the relative movement of the laser light L relatively moved by the moving device 70 by an external operation, with respect to the aperture 67. By an external operation of the operational device, the moving device 70 relatively moves the laser light L emitted from the laser generation device 61, in a direction substantially perpendicular to the optical axis with respect to the aperture 67 so that the transmission cross sectional area of the laser light L passing through the aperture 67 is varied.
