PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical apparatus capable of reducing abnormal sound caused by the driving of a motor. SOLUTION: A driving base plate 10 on which the motor M driving the body to be driven of the optical equipment is fixed is formed of any of polycarbonate-based, polyamide-based, polyether sulfone-based, polyphenylene sulfide-based, polyether ether ketone-based and polyimide-based material having a high bending elastic modulus, whereby the characteristic frequency of the base plate 10 is moved to prevent the plate 10 from resonating with the vibration of the motor M and make the abnormal sound caused by the driving of the motor low.
