PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device restraining occurrence of temperature droop phenomenon by coping with enhancement in speed in an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: A fixing belt 614 is stretched by a fixing roller 610 and a stretching roller 615. At the same time, a fixing belt 614 is constituted to be heated by the fixing roller 610 where a halogen heater 613 is arranged and the stretching roller 615 where a halogen heater 615 is arranged. Furthermore, a pressurization belt 620 abuts on the outer periphery surface of a fixing belt 614 and a nip part N is formed between the belt 620 and the fixing belt 614, in a region of the fixing roller 610 where the fixing belt 614 is wound around.
