PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a decorative device wherein a shining color is varied, arousing an abundance of interest. SOLUTION: The decorative device is composed of a plurality of illuminants 3A, 3B which are provided at prescribed intervals on a board 2 and different in luminous colors from each other. a lighting driving means which lights up the illuminants 3A, 3B in a prescribed sequence and a plurality of block bodies 12A, ... which have an illuminating recess 14 holding the illuminants 3A, 3B separately from each other on the surface contacting with the board 2 and are formed of a light-transmitting material having a prescribed volume.
