PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine, properly adjusting shooting of a game ball by devising a method of assembling a launcher. SOLUTION: A pachinko machine 10 includes an outer frame 11 forming a shell of the pachinko machine 10, and an inner frame 12 is supported on one side part of the outer frame 11 to be opened and closed. A base plate extended in the substantially vertical direction similarly to the game area is provided with the launcher, and a game ball guided to the base end of the launching rail is shot from the launcher and guided to the upper side of the game area. In this case, the launcher is fitted to the base plate by two or more fixing means, and a predetermined fixing means of the two or more fixing means is adjusted to adjust the fixing position of the launcher in the substantially vertical direction to the mounting surface of the base plate.
