PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the head speed while securing a proper timing in the golf clubs as well in a practicing device for acquiring the powerful swing of the baseball bats, tennis rackets or the like. SOLUTION: The swing practicing device for the baseball bats, golf clubs, tennis rackets or the like comprises a grip, an elastic shaft, an air resistance generation part and a swing balance adjusting part.
