PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully draw out flavor and smell components of coffee by pouring hot water fully to coffee powder stored in a filter and refrain from scattering coffee powder when pouring hot water to the coffee powder. SOLUTION: The coffee extractor 1 is provided with a hot water tank 7, and a hot water nozzle 13 pouring hot water to coffee powder 23 stored in a filter 22. The hot water tank 7 and the hot water nozzle 13 are connected by three parallel hot water supply pipes 17a, 17b and 17c, and opening and closing valves 24a, 24b and 24c are interposingly installed in the hot water supply pipes 17a, 17b and 17c. A nozzle rotating means 8 moving the hot water nozzle 13 in the X axis and Y axis directions is provided. The hot water nozzle 13 begins pouring hot water from the center O of the coffee powder 23 to small diameter concentric circles to larger diameter concentric circles by the nozzle rotating means 8, drawing a locus passing the center O of the coffee powder 23 and a plurality of circles concentric with the center O. |
