<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for efficiently managing the destination of a receiver for smoothly delivering a postal object, and to simplify a transmitting operation and a returning operation, and to provide the management means of the service use charge for efficiently charging the service use charge. <P>SOLUTION: A mail system for executing a mail service is provided with a means having a user management part which manages information preliminarily registered by a service user for using the registered contents as the destination of a postal object, and configured to efficiently manage the destination of the receiver. A destination card with a pattern printed linked to the receiver information is acquired by a sender, and used at the time of filling in the postal object so that the transmitting operation of the sender can be reduced. The pattern linked to use history information is printed on the postal object so that the returning operation of the receiver to the sender can be reduced.
