<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device that enables a smooth key selecting operation and enables a mouse operation as well. <P>SOLUTION: The terminal input device comprises a means for displaying a pointer on the screen of a display such as a monitor, and a means for moving the pointer. A mouse icon or/and a keyboard icon are displayed on the display.
